Starting from Scratch...



Okay, okay. A little corny for a FOOD blog, I know.
But really, guys! I am starting from scratch with this blog and I really hope it turns into something wonderful!

Like many of you, I'm a busy bee.
I am a full-time student, part-time employee, full-time family girl, friend, and girlfriend.
Life gets busy, but the one thing you should never neglect is YOURSELF!

In addition to exercise, it's important to eat well.
You can pump all of the iron you want, but you won't see those guns and abs of steel unless your diet is IN CHECK!

Even if you're not wanting to change your physique, you should always aim to eat well.
Eating well leads to better moods, energy, days and - let's face it - a better you!

Here are some simple, quick (and semi-quick, Rome wasn't built in a day, y'all) for you to enjoy. Feel free to share your own twists, tweaks, even your own full-on recipes! Heck, you can even tell me if you don't like the food, altogether! 

I'm not here to tell you what to do, but I AM here to help you along your journeys to a healthier and happier lifestyle. My part? Feedin' your tummies with yummy, healthy food!
